Residential Cleaning

Indy Cleaning Pros offers residential cleaning services to the Central Indiana region. Including everything necessary to bring a home up to an acceptable level of cleanliness and then maintain it, our packages offer a number of different services to ensure that your home receives exactly the care it needs.

Need Office Cleaning?

In addition to our residential cleaning services, we also offer commercial cleaning services for small businesses in the area. We’re happy to clean every part of your office, from lobbies and reception to kitchens and bathrooms as well as workspaces. We’ll dust, sanitize, vacuum, and mop your workplace to spotless condition. Our Two Pricing Models: Flat Rate Cleaning Packages Vs. Hourly Services

At Indy Cleaning Pros, we have two different pricing models designed to suit the different needs of our customers. Knowing the difference between these is the first step in selecting your services.

Flat Rate Cleaning Packages

Our flat rate packages provide an upfront price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home. These packages use a cleaning checklist, and only the tasks on the checklist are included. They also assume that your home is of a standard size and specific level of cleanliness.

Although it is rare, we sometimes have to provide requotes to customers whose homes are much larger than average or have not been kept clean enough (e.g., in cases of hoarding or neglect).
If you prefer knowing the price of your cleaning before booking, your home is of average size and has been well-maintained, and you only need the tasks included in one of our checklists, then flat rate cleaning packages will be the best option for you.

Hourly Cleaning Services

Our hourly services are not based on the size of your home, do not assume that your home has been well-maintained, and are not limited to the scope of our cleaning checklist. Instead, you choose the number of hours you would like us to clean (minimum of two) and once our cleaners have completed those hours they will stop. You may choose to add extra hours at that time for the same hourly rate. This pricing model allows customers to fully customize their cleaning, allowing for the request of specific tasks and the option to clean only a portion of the home. If you need only specific areas of your home cleaned or you have special requests that are not covered by our cleaning checklist, then hourly services are a great option for you. They’re also the best option for someone whose home is in severe condition.

Residential Flat Rate Cleaning Packages Broken Down

Each of our flat rate package options have been designed for a specific purpose. Make sure you understand each option before selectin your services.

Standard Cleaning

This option includes only the basic tasks needed to keep an already well-maintained home in clean condition. It is assumed that your home has been cleaned to a professional level recently.

Deep Cleaning

This option includes extra tasks which are necessary to bring a home to professional level cleanliness. It also allows extra time for cleaners to address challenging areas of the home. Choose this option for your first service or if your home has not been professionally cleaned in the last 3 months.

Move Out Cleaning

This option is designed for homes which will be completely free of furniture and boxes. It includes extra tasks such as the inside of the fridge, oven, and cabinets so that the home will be left like-new and move-in ready.

Extras/Add-Ons

The following extras can be added on to your booking for an additional cost:

If the situation warrants, an add-on may be required, such as deep cleaning for especially dirty homes. If you are unsure of the condition of your home and whether such an add-on will be required, please get in touch.
